About the Project

Luxury villa apartment development located in Cerritos, Los Cabos. This project involved the architectural design and 3D visualization of the main common areas, focusing on creating a high-end, resort-inspired atmosphere aligned with the coastal landscape. The design was developed in SketchUp, with photorealistic renderings and environmental studies produced in Twinmotion. The final deliverables included high-quality still renderings and a short cinematic video tour showcasing the spatial experience, materiality, and overall ambiance of the project.
